• Please note that submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed order. Stock availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice and at Bell Equipment’s discretion.

• A Bell Equipment sales representative will be assigned to assist with the enquiry and facilitate access to view the part at the designated hub where the part is located. Once an enquiry has been submitted, customers may arrange to inspect the parts.

• All parts listed on the Surplus Website are sold as-is with no warranties, and all sales are final, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

• Should a sale be concluded, the applicable Bell Equipment terms and conditions will apply and will be provided at the time of purchase. Parts may be collected from the designated hub for each part, or alternative collection and transport arrangements can be made at the buyer’s expense.

• Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.
